Play Therapy

Child-centred play therapy (CCPT) is an effective and engaging therapeutic approach designed to help children express their feelings, work through trauma, and develop coping skills. By using play as a medium for communication, therapists create a safe space where children feel comfortable to explore their emotions and experiences.

CCPT is effective in addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioural challenges, and social difficulties. It helps children learn to manage their emotions, improve their relationships with others, and gain a better understanding of themselves.

If you're looking for a compassionate and impactful way to support your child's mental health, play therapy offers a robust solution tailored to their unique needs. CCPT not only enhances emotional understanding but also fosters problem-solving skills and resilience.
