Counselling with Roots & Wings is a collaborative process where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and confidential environment.

My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and humanistic. I believe in the strengths and uniqueness of each individual. My focus is on empowering others to find solutions and navigate challenges with confidence.

I offer counselling for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and depression, relationship issues, trauma, stress management, self-esteem, and life transitions.
